Itinerary
Upon arrival at Auckland Airport, meet the driver in the arrival hall and transfer to the hotel. After checking in, you have the rest of the day free to relax or explore while waiting for the rest of the group to arrive.
Breakfast at the hotel. Later depart for Waitomo to visit the renowned Waitomo Glowworm Caves. You will travel south from Auckland through the scenic Bombay Hills and the lush Waikato region. Upon reaching Waitomo, embark on a guided tour showcasing over 250 meters of stunning underground landscapes.
- The highlight is a serene boat ride along the Waitomo River, where thousands of glowworms create a magical light display.
- After the tour, enjoy a traditional New Zealand barbecue lunch at Roselands Restaurant. Next, continue your journey to Rotorua and check into your hotel. In the evening, dine at a local Indian restaurant.
After breakfast, explore Rotorua on a city sightseeing tour, including highlights like Lake Rotorua, Redwood Forest, and Government Gardens.
